I've Been Inspired...

"When the Lord and yourself, show you the way, it is your choice to go or stay"
- (Sorry if you don't believe)

From what I've viewed this week, it makes me want to do more to express myself.

To share the same thought with others, I'd be glad. It makes me feel less alone (in thought).

I would like to do posts, but then do videos, relating to the posts (visual kind).

I've been guided to view:
- different vids (other than gaming), make up tutorials (the dramatic kind), artwork, room tours, DIY, etc.

- blogs (only a little, improve to look more**)

- artists pages, hand drawn, journals, etc.

And plenty more.

Before, I wasn't opening up to viewing beyond or knowing what to view. I was stuck. So, I gave it a chance, and they're truly amazing.

I share my (YouTube) finds, on twitter:

** both usernames are linked.

I'm amazed to find people, who create and share their own style with others. It's fascinating.

To have their ideas come to life, is a (God) blessing (sorry...).

We've never been open to see this, (well...maybe others have).

To see people accomplish, from what they do allows for like-minded people, including myself, to view our work as something "bigger".

I'm inspired!

I thank people for sharing. They create results.

"Good people, create good for others".
Time to give back (in wanting to, of course).

Take care all who reads this,

Automated Holiday + Campaign Over

"Automated Holiday", is how I describe last week.

My brain decided on to give up with work, and go on a relaxing spree.
It was nice, but bad to angry times after relaxing.

I felt forced to do what I needed to do, especially not realising I had other things to do. It made me angry.

But right now, as I wrote this out (before posting), I would not have written, blogged and drawn anything last week.

So, it feels more settled now (to do things).

Thanks brain.

Plus, the campaign:
Surprise Further-Ed Gift [Link]

Has ended. Thank you to anyone who supported it.

Managed to raise $0.00.
But, I will always try again soon.

Next campaign is:
Stop Cancer In Its Tracks III
In memory of, Aunty P.

Take care, and feel free to share if you've ever had these times, when your brain gives you a break.

Enjoy Reading!

Starting A Blog: A Tutorial

This is a special post. Set from the Beau Bloggers Community [link], run by Lauren [Google+] + [blog], we are involved in the 'Big Blogging Challenge'.

From this, Chloe X [Google+], from basciallychloe [blog link] and I, were set to do 'A Tutorial'.

From ideas, we thought we both have blogs. So, we came up with starting a blog as a tutorial.

If you're a beginner, or looking for tips:

On Chloe X's blog [link], there shall be the use of colour(s) to deciding the best look(s) for your blog.

On my blog, there shall be choices from blogging, to who can blog.

* a blog could feature someone's expression, or could be from a company.

Subjects:

1. Deciding
2. With Or Without
3. Subject?
4. Written or Drawn
5. Public or Own View
6. Behind the Scenes
7. Extension

1. Deciding
Starting a blog can be difficult, whether you have your own website, or trying to find a suitable blogging website.
- always do research
- find a blog platform for you, and goes with your needs

My recommendations: WordPress [link], Blogger [link], Tumblr [link]
(And there's many more that can be used).

2. With Or Without
No matter if you want to do it solo, or with a group, blogging can be for anyone.

Solo:
- you can put what you would like, in your blog (I will explain this later)

A Group:
- you may put your ideas together (a collab)
- each person could be connected to the blog (I will explain this later too)

3. Subject?
This can be simple or difficult. To start with, you could decide to:
- do blog posts about anything
- do something you are passionate about

This gives you freedom, to express things in your own words.

My recommendations (ideas for inspiration): magazines, newspapers, pinterest [link]
(Some magazines and newspapers, have websites also).

* blog post: this is what media or text you put into the blogging platform, before publishing to read and view it on your blog.

4. Written or Drawn
You have a blog, found your subject, etc., now where to begin.
Most helpful would be to:
- see the things you have
- the text to feature in your blog (this could relate to basicallychloe's blog post [link])

As a recommendation, you could:
- view what you have written, even in past times
- write down your different ideas, ex. notebook, diary, etc.
- use a media item, ex. mobile, word document, etc.

* there are times when it is good to write, take photos, improvise, etc.

5. Public or Own View
The one thing you may like with blogging, is the private to public options. This goes with 'With Or Without' (no. 2).

In blogging options, there should be a selection for:
- public view
- private, with choice of selected people
- private

Recommendation:
- private is a good option, if your planning your blog, and you don't want others to view it (progression). Until you're ready, share to the public.

*public means anyone can view your blog.

6. Behind The Scenes
This is your settle time, where you have your blog. You can:
-relax
- view your posts
- come up with your next one

Recommendations:
- always do a end review, or keep copies of your posts. You can look back at your blog posts.
- gaining a second opinion. For this, I showed my blog to people I know. It was to see their thoughts, created support for my content, and allowed feedback.

7. Extension
- blogging communities
- Blogger network(s)
- free sample
- reviews
- discovering other Bloggers

Things that could help you enjoy, and continue blogging.

- sharing to social media, and friends and family
- viewing comments, replying and keeping comments, (in a document, a helpful given tip), helps as an encouragement to you and your readers

Last thought:
* "Always have fun blogging, and post what YOUR happy with"

If you have any other tips, or need further help, feel free to comment, or contact us.

How to keep your artwork together/safe...

From most work, to being an artist, you have to keep your work organised, or they could go all over the place.

For this, my tips are:
- keep a portfolio
- hang up canvases/keep a storage box
- keep them in a folder
- weekender bag as storage
- storage boxes/units

These things are inexpensive from a shop, or online shops. They can keep your artwork tidy, to keeping your work space clear.

Helpful Video, from the wonderful Lilliana Hill [Google+] + [Youtube]:

Take care, and enjoy reading!

The Day When Someone Asked...

"How do you have time to read all of them?..."

At the time, I was getting the Twilight book(s). And I just thought, "what do they mean?".

They were a shop assistant, and during lunch time in Sixth Form, I decided go to the shop.

After being asked this, I thought it may be from the items I needed, for my art project.

This could relate to the post 'Sunday'.

Apart from my illnesses, I had to find time to take a step back. From the revising to the planning of the lessons I was taking, I needed to organise a time around myself.

It was nice when I could get these days.
I did manage to finish the book(s). My time management was good enough (lolls). And, I set everything for myself, and for as much things that I could do.

It's always good to know when "...to stop", and when "...to go".

* " There's a time to stop, and a time to go".

And, that's what helped me through my work and my own time.

I honestly wish I had tips to say, but everyone will have their own methods of downtime.

May you always find yours.

Being Unemployed...

- it doesn't mean I have free time
- it doesn't mean I'm not looking for work
- for so long I tried getting a job
- it doesn't mean I didn't do well in the workplace

- it doesn't mean I have good grades
- it doesn't mean I have a lot of good grades
- it doesn't mean I feel down about it
- it doesn't mean I feel happy about it

- it doesn't mean I haven't been to college/sixth form
- it doesn't mean I have to go to college/sixth form
- it doesn't mean I want success
- it doesn't mean I had success

- it doesn't mean I never went to university
- it doesn't mean I want to go university
- it doesn't mean I have to do an apprenticeship
- it doesn't mean I haven't done an apprenticeship

- it doesn't mean you can not do the things, that other working people could be doing
- to being employed, it doesn't mean I have free time or the money to do what I want to do

I'm unemployed, I don't have to feel less proud, or feel like I have to be doing something. To please others, no!

It doesn't mean it has to be seen, as "using someone who works", as an advantage for my personal gain.

No! I'm not the one. Shame to them who do it in. And in my view, no point if it pays more, or pays less.

All I want to do is live a life worthy. Worthy in the sights of people I know, the people who are new to meet and for my own self to be proud of.

Yes! To the succeeding.
Yes! To the ones who are willing to do better.
Yes! To them who strive to make a difference.

Nice to the people who support the change, to make a change for others.

There can be many reasons for unemployment. Never, EVER see it as a bad thing. Always see it as a next step to do anything better for yourself, to later helping others.

Thank you. (This felt like a rant - non intended).

Hope this is one way to keep as an encouragement, and a change of mind.

Take care all,

Sunday

**text added**

It's so hard these days, to try and not do nothing involving work.

But you need them days to relax.

I always have difficulty. This is due to being a person, who likes to work and work, non-stop.

However, I'm having the effect of non-stop work.

Non-stop work makes:
- you ill
- eat less
- effects how you do things

It's really bad, to take advantage of the days you may have off, or set as an day off (being unemployed).

So, I've found some ways to stop, if I'm about to do anything work related.

For days off:
- you need to put everything a side, the day before your day(s) off

- try to look away from anything  work related (I know, it sounds weird)

- try and distract yourself. Example: With a movie, outdoor activities, read a book(s), fun activities, etc

There are so many things, that could be done.

It helps to:
- keep you relaxed
- take time to do things non-work related
- helps you manage the next working day with ease

Your mind could get more clear.

It takes time to settle and try not to do things on a day(s) off.
It sure won't be easy.

If it's unsuccessful, it would be the time to realise how useful it is now, than later.

It may have a bad effect(s) on your body and mind, if you don't use your day(s) off wisely.

Take care, and if you have any other suggests, always feel free to share.
You could be helping others too.

Thank you,

I Wish....

I made a new entry on my artist journal [Link].

Feel free to view, and hope to keep showcasing.

Take care,

Monday 6 July 2015

I Have No Idea...?

I've written everything, I've completed a collection...but how do I share it on the internet?

For share, I mean showcase.
My ideas are there, however I'm trying to think of how to express, the same "burst" I had or have for doing what I do.

So far, I have this blog [link], a video channel [link] and an artist page [link]...but how do I showcase what I've done on the internet?

When I'm able to, I work better "behind the scenes", than I am able to showcase it. It feels like a dilemma. Another way to question, how can I showcase my work?

BREAK::

The campaign for the 'Surprise Further Ed-Gift' [link], is still running. May you feel free to support.
Nearly two weeks left - eek! Anyway, thank you always.

BREAK::

Through this, I think of people who may enjoy my work. I don't like to let people down.
By showcasing things, I would like it to encourage others, as I was and still am.

Another view of not showcasing is, it does create pressure each day, each time I finish a work, to just talking about it also.

This makes me feel more of a failure, like I can't "function" like everyone else **(I try not to think about it. Others say I do so well, to others who say opposite).

I've not really chat about the "down times", when I feel difficulty in sharing anything I do. This is because I don't want to be honest about it. This may create a sudden "demand" to "have them".

'You must always protect your work'.

I have a few plans that may help me, and I have been thinking of times where I just want to talk. Isn't that what blogging is about?

I honestly hope if anyone reads this, they may be able to know or, may be even have the same problem? If there are times like this, what helps you?

I honestly hope I do more posts like this. I practically could say anything, but if only I could type (faster) than what I write.
Feedback is always welcome.

Question(s):
What makes a good blog? What makes your blog, a blog?

My answer would be...me, myself + I. (Lolls,...but it's true).

Take care,
Posting V Projects

**"Take care" is starting to remind me of 'Garnier' (Health and Beauty Product)... :)
