Video: Chill Sunday: Mood In A Week//AVATARS

I just created a 'fun Sunday'/'chill Sunday' video, containing avatar, as graphics. Love Avatar creating.

On Sundays, I designate my day as a time off, so no work. But sometimes, creating a video is just the ticket to sum up the week, especially I do this as moods of my week.

May you feel free to view, and this was a short blog for the day. Off now for relaxation, lolls.

Reflection

On Friday, I had time to reflect on my life, (while washing up plates).

There's a little moment when, things are done or there are things to do, and the mind cools down to look at situations and maybe anything, to think about.

It can come out good or bad, but it can be a time to find a solution, even to a given goal that you can set yourself, or discuss with others.

I always choose to allow these moments to happen, because it cools down my brain (thoughts). It allows a clear understanding, of life now.

If I were to suggest it to anyone, they may think I'm bonkers. But it's not. It's slightly similar to making a life choice, and doing it in a relaxing way.

If you cry, its fine.
If you laugh, it makes you feel happier.
If you're happy, then you're happy.

There's many things. In a way, it's settling, to thinking through things, to the end solution(s), (cleared up thought(s)).

A sign of relief (thought), is an amazing moment/feeling.

May you find your time to reflect, even for a few minutes, out of your time.

Daily Task: Your Time

Work. Break. Work. Break. Work. Night Time.


What can happen in our time, especially for this holiday...?

- they will say outdoor activities
- read a book
- go to a museum

...for my teen years with holidays, I chose to mostly take time to relax.

I was done with doing the usual, and tried something different.

- go on adventures with friends
- watch movies
- spent time introducing myself, to art ideas

It was fun. And still is.

For daily tasks, I was going to talk about work related things and how breaks are beneficial.

However, I broadened this post for what you can do in your spare time, holiday time and break times.

Break times can be the best times. May you make good times of them.

The Day When Someone Asked...

"How do you have time to read all of them?..."

At the time, I was getting the Twilight book(s). And I just thought, "what do they mean?".

They were a shop assistant, and during lunch time in Sixth Form, I decided go to the shop.

After being asked this, I thought it may be from the items I needed, for my art project.

This could relate to the post 'Sunday'.

Apart from my illnesses, I had to find time to take a step back. From the revising to the planning of the lessons I was taking, I needed to organise a time around myself.

It was nice when I could get these days.
I did manage to finish the book(s). My time management was good enough (lolls). And, I set everything for myself, and for as much things that I could do.

It's always good to know when "...to stop", and when "...to go".

* " There's a time to stop, and a time to go".

And, that's what helped me through my work and my own time.

I honestly wish I had tips to say, but everyone will have their own methods of downtime.

Sunday

It's so hard these days, to try and not do nothing involving work.

But you need them days to relax.

I always have difficulty. This is due to being a person, who likes to work and work, non-stop.

However, I'm having the effect of non-stop work.

Non-stop work makes:
- you ill
- eat less
- effects how you do things

It's really bad, to take advantage of the days you may have off, or set as an day off (being unemployed).

So, I've found some ways to stop, if I'm about to do anything work related.

For days off:
- you need to put everything a side, the day before your day(s) off

- try to look away from anything  work related (I know, it sounds weird)

- try and distract yourself. Example: With a movie, outdoor activities, read a book(s), fun activities, etc

There are so many things, that could be done.

It helps to:
- keep you relaxed
- take time to do things non-work related
- helps you manage the next working day with ease

Your mind could get more clear.

It takes time to settle and try not to do things on a day(s) off.
It sure won't be easy.

If it's unsuccessful, it would be the time to realise how useful it is now, than later.
 
It may have a bad effect(s) on your body and mind, if you don't use your day(s) off wisely.
