    First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you
    don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
    I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
    I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first
    10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just
    trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Appreciate it!

What I find most helpful is, keep a notebook, pen, and any little thing that is portable and you can write in it. Always take your time. This produces a end result, that you may be happy with. The fun thing also, is to leave writing notes, and put them in a -'picking'-cup. Hope this little helps you. Hope to view your writing soon. Take care, and thank you for your question. No worries.
